What are the booking conditions for FRA-1?

The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental. If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full. NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests. The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor. Online payment (Visa-Master-Card). A minimum pre-authorize $750 will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released within 7-10 days after verification of the unit bythe maintenance department. For last minute reservation, you must speak to a rental agent at 1-888-435-5107 before the reservation is confirmed.

Excellent from start to finish! The platform was very well structured for booking, payment, tracking, etc. We stayed in the "Entre Ciel et Mer" residence, Unit 1. The house was very clean and very well equipped! We lacked nothing. We received a warm welcome and had excellent communication with the owner. It's 6 km from Baie-Saint-Paul and 25 minutes from the Île aux Coudres ferry. We would return without hesitation if we were ever back in the area.

Superb stay at COR-7. The chalet is immaculate, including the hot tub. The beds and sofa were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The fireplace area is inviting, and there's plenty of firewood available. The location is easily accessible and well laid out. We highly recommend it!
