What are the booking conditions for RUI-60?

The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental. If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full. NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests. The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor. Online payment (Visa-Master-Card). A minimum pre-authorize $1000 will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. New villa, built in 2022, whose architecture has been designed to give way to breathtaking views of the river and bathe its residents in natural light.

Upon arrival at the level of the floor and the suites, the slender mezzanine on the 2 floors (ceiling 19 feet), puts forward the views and the impressive volume of the living spaces which are located at the level of the lower floor, on the ground floor. The huge terrace (900 sq. ft.) acts as an extension to these. It enhances movement from inside to outside (vice versa) and gives way to the soothing sound of the stream located a few meters from the Villa. From the terrace rises a green space/land whose horizon harmonizes with the river. The upper floor has been designed so that each suite offers private moments to residents, always in the comfort of views and light.
