Extraordinary brightness. Unobstructed view of the Saint Lawrence River and the mountains. The chalet is reminiscent of the first dwellings erected along the Saint Lawrence valley, which have become archetypes of the row house. The steel of the roof extends to wrap part of the walls, cedar siding completes the whole. Minimalist, the project wants to be humble in front of the immensity of the landscape, like a piece of wood that would let itself be carried on the waves.

  • Arrivals / departures

    The arrival time is fixed at 5:00 p.m. and the departure time at 11:00 a.m.

  • Reservation

    • The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental.
    • If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full.
    • NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests.
    • The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor.
    • Online payment (Visa-Master-Card).
    • A minimum pre-authorize $750  will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released within 7-10 days after verification of the unit bythe maintenance department.
    • For last minute reservation, you must speak to a rental agent at 1-888-435-5107 before the reservation is confirmed.
  • Cancellation

    Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email ahead of time to the owner and / or to the rental agency.

    • If the cancellation notice is received at least 31 days before the rental starting date, the down payment of 20% , 30% or 50% (it depends on the residence) will not be returned in lieu of damages and the balance won’t be debited from your credit card.
    • When the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the rental starting date, all sums received will be kept in lieu of damages.
    • At any time, if there is a cancellation, there will be a maximum reservation fee of 5 % which will be charged to you, calculated on the basis of the deposit or the total amount paid for your stay.

We loved our stay! The cabin was very clean and well-equipped, ideal for a relaxing vacation. It's perfectly located, about 40 minutes from two magnificent Sépaq parks: Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie and Grands-Jardins. The cabin's grounds are enchanting, with a splendid view of an artificial lake. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, a true little corner of paradise. If there was one small detail missing, it would be the lack of a dishwasher. But thanks to the complete equipment provided, washing and drying the dishes was a breeze. We recommend it without hesitation and will gladly return!
