Two heaped blocks of ice lie in the clearing. Abandoned by the torrent, marked by trials, vulnerable to the onslaught of the sun, they merge and embrace in a final embrace. Sometimes crystalline, sometimes fluffy, their whiteness celebrates light, their transparency evokes their distant source. Hints of tundra, promises of life, cover the peaceful blocks with their eiderdown. This house is intended to be a tribute to Nordicity and its thousand-fold essential conquest.

The ascent of the hill, then the staircase of the house, allows these impressive views of the river, the estuary of the Malbaie River and the Mont des Éboulements. This luxury contemporary house located in Cap-à-l’aigle (La Malbaie) offers a unique stay experience. Upstairs, the heart of the house, housed between the evening terrace and the morning terrace, offers panoramic views of the exceptional setting of Charlevoix. Dining room, kitchen and living room spread out under a whitewashed wood ceiling. On the rear side, a boudoir offers a place to relax on the forest side. On the garden level, nestled under the upper volume in the privacy of the clearing, the swimming pool, the terrace and the spa offer a pleasant place of relaxation, protected from the wind, bathed in sunlight. The bright rooms also benefit from the privacy of the undergrowth.

  The signatory of the contract must be aged 30 or over.

  • Arrivals / departures

    The arrival time is fixed at 4:00 p.m. and the departure time at 11:00 a.m

  • Reservation

    • The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental.
    • If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full.
    • NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests.
    • The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor.
    • Online payment (Visa-Master-Card).
    • A minimum pre-authorize $2000  will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released within 7-10 days after verification of the unit bythe maintenance department.
    • For last minute reservation, you must speak to a rental agent at 1-888-435-5107 before the reservation is confirmed.
  • Cancellation

    Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email ahead of time to the owner and / or to the rental agency.

    • If the cancellation notice is received at least 31 days before the rental starting date, the down payment of 20% , 30% or 50% (it depends on the residence) will not be returned in lieu of damages and the balance won’t be debited from your credit card.
    • When the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the rental starting date, all sums received will be kept in lieu of damages.
    • At any time, if there is a cancellation, there will be a maximum reservation fee of 5 % which will be charged to you, calculated on the basis of the deposit or the total amount paid for your stay.
