• A few minutes (150 meters) from the regional snowmobile and VTT trail.
• 2 minutes from Mont Grand-Fonds

• 50 minutes from downtown Baie-Saint-Paul
• 80 minutes from the Massif de Charlevoix
• 2 hours from Quebec City
• Private snowshoeing or walking trail +/- 1 kilometer.
• River accessible for swimming all along the land. A spot is located in the trail to get to the river.
• River 2-3 feet deep and 10-12 feet wide, sandy bottom, no rocks.
• Mont Grand-Fonds located 4-5-minute walk from the chalet with trail to get there.

• 20%, 30% or 50% of the cost of the rental is required when booking (it depends on the properties).
• 50%, 70% or 80% of the balance of the rental is payable thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay (it depends on the properties)
• 100% of the cost, when the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay.

Payment:

• Depending on the properties, payments can be made by check, bank transfer, Interac transfer or credit card.

• If the cancellation notice is received at least 31 days before the rental starting date, the down payment of 20%, 30% or 50% (it depends on the properties) won't be returned in lieu of damages. The postdated cheque for the balance of the stay and the security deposit (guarantee cheque) will be returned.
• When the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the rental starting date, all sums received will be kept in lieu of damages except for the deposit guarantee cheque which will be returned.
• At any time, if there is a cancellation, there will be a maximum reservation fee of 5 % which will be charged to you, calculated on the deposit or the total amount of your stay.
