Magnificent contemporary chalet offering an ideal setting for relaxing moments with family, friends or for teleworking. Each guest will find what they are looking for, whether it is skiing, relaxing in the spa, hiking, cycling or simply a game of pétanque, tasting marshmallows by the fire or moments of conviviality on one of the three terraces, including the one upstairs which offers a breathtaking view of the river and the surrounding mountains. The chalet has two patios and two terraces, one of which has a SPA. The upstairs patio is equipped with ceiling heaters and electric mosquito nets allowing you to enjoy the space during 3 seasons, without being bothered by insects. In the vestibule, at the entrance, there is a boot / glove dryer which allows you to go skiing or playing outside in the dry. A real pleasure when the intense cold or snow has taken you by surprise.   • Arrivals / departures

    The arrival time is fixed at 5:00 p.m. and the departure time at 11:00 a.m.

  • Reservation

    • The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental.
    • If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full.
    • NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests.
    • The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor.
    • Online payment (Visa-Master-Card).
    • A minimum pre-authorize $1500  will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released within 7-10 days after verification of the unit bythe maintenance department.
    • For last minute reservation, you must speak to a rental agent at 1-888-435-5107 before the reservation is confirmed.
  • Cancellation

    Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email ahead of time to the owner and / or to the rental agency.

    • If the cancellation notice is received at least 31 days before the rental starting date, the down payment of 20% , 30% or 50% (it depends on the residence) will not be returned in lieu of damages and the balance won’t be debited from your credit card.
    • When the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the rental starting date, all sums received will be kept in lieu of damages.
    • At any time, if there is a cancellation, there will be a maximum reservation fee of 5 % which will be charged to you, calculated on the basis of the deposit or the total amount paid for your stay.

Rented for a weekend in early December. Contacted by the owners the day before for security codes. Lots of practical information on getting to the site and on the rules to follow on site. Belle welcomed the owners upon our arrival and remained discreet and respectful throughout the stay. Concerning the chalet located on the second floor. Very easy access, exemplary cleanliness, view of the river, beautiful large patio, all the sponsors present, beautiful ambient fireplace. Very reasonable price. A few km from Bais St-Paul Only positive. I certainly recommend it for two people who want to have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region of Petite Rivière St-Francois/Baie St-Paul. We had booked this magnificent residence for a weekend with friends. Everything was perfect... the ease of access to the house, parking for several cars, the cleanliness of the premises, both the comfort of the common areas and the bedrooms and bathrooms (newly renovated), the outdoor terrace and the view of the river with super beautiful sunrises. The internet worked great. The house is very warm and the kitchen is super well equipped. The jacuzzi at the back of the house would have been a plus. We highly recommend it.
