Please note:

• There is no microwave and TV.
• The curfew is from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.  As the yurts are made of canvas, you are asked to pay attention to noise.
• Camping being the concept of our yurts, you must make your beds.
• Vehicles are not permitted on site.  Private parking is provided for this purpose.  It's only a 2 minute walk and a slight climb to get to your yurt.  Luggage racks are available to facilitate the transport of your personal belongings.
• The "Eridan" yurt is near the Grande Yourte (Bistro Relais) and is the only one accessible by car.  On the other hand, it has less privacy due to its proximity to the Grande Yourte.  The location price is accordingly.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the yurts.
• The mezzanine and ladder require increased supervision in the presence of young children.
• Soap and shampoo are not provided.  We suggest you bring your camping chairs and headlamps.

• A few minutes (150 meters) from the regional snowmobile and VTT trail.
• 2 minutes from Mont Grand-Fonds
• Private snowshoeing or walking trail +/- 1 kilometer.
• 20 minutes from the Casino de Charlevoix
• 50 minutes from downtown Baie-Saint-Paul

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

• The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental.
• If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full.
• NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests.
• The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor.
• Online payment (Visa-Master-Card).
• A minimum pre-authorize $750  will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released within 7-10 days after verification of the unit bythe maintenance department.
• For last minute reservation, you must speak to a rental agent at 1-888-435-5107 before the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email ahead of time to the owner and / or to the rental agency.

• If the cancellation notice is received at least 31 days before the rental starting date, the down payment of 20% , 30% or 50% (it depends on the residence) will not be returned in lieu of damages and the balance won’t be debited from your credit card.
• When the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the rental starting date, all sums received will be kept in lieu of damages.
• At any time, if there is a cancellation, there will be a maximum reservation fee of 5 % which will be charged to you, calculated on the basis of the deposit or the total amount paid for your stay.
