What are the booking conditions for BEL-175?

The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental. If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full. NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests. The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor. Online payment (Visa-Master-Card). A minimum pre-authorize $500 will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. We spent three nights in the HOW-165, and they certainly won't be the only nights we spend in Charlevoix accommodations. The location, overlooking the river, was magical. Secluded enough to feel like we were alone in the world, but close enough to town to make it convenient. The cabin's facilities were well-equipped and brand new. We highly recommend it!

Excellent stay at Ork67! We've rarely seen such a well-appointed and well-equipped cottage. Everything is impeccable. We took full advantage of the comfort and facilities. The service is perfect! I rented the BRI-43 and it's truly fantastic. The view is splendid, the chalet is extremely well-equipped, even with consumables, and the owner is very attentive. I'll definitely book again! It's a wonderful experience, both the rental company and the chalet. Two negative points, without deducting a star: the air conditioning isn't powerful enough to cool the rooms at night when the doors are closed. The curtains let a lot of light into the rooms. It's very bright, even with the curtains closed.
