My name is Catherine: I’m an Executive Pastry Chef. After completing my studies in France, I came to settle in Quebec, looking to experience new cultures, a new terroir and even new flavours! My passion is not limited to pastry-making: in my view, my creations also speak of gourmandise, impulsion, art, emotion, authenticity, flavour, discovery and communication ‒ a recipe blending both feelings and values that make up my every day life, and ones I wish to convey in each of my creations!
