Due to the many government measures put in place, we have revised our reservation policies in order to adjust to the obligations requested by the Government of Quebec.
We will propose to postpone the stay no later than 12 months following the initial planned reservation date and you can apply the amount paid in credit when renting the same chalet on the requested dates. The dates of the stay will be released to allow relocation to a group that meets the Government's requirements for the region in question. See note 1
It will be possible to request a refund (except service charges):
• if there is an interregional travel ban or rental ban;
• for serious medical reasons related to COVID-19 and validated a by written proof from the medical authorities.
If 72 hours before the start of your stay a color code touches the region in which the chalet is located:
You can have access to the chalet by making sure to respect the maximum number of 10 occupants.
You can have access to the chalet by making sure to respect the number of 6 occupants or 2 families if more than 6 people. If you come from a RED ZONE, the restrictions of that zone follow you. If you cannot meet any of these conditions, we may reduce the number of occupants of your rental or the amounts committed for your reservation may be applied according to OPTION A.
You will be able to access the chalet by ensuring that you are only 1 family from the same address. If one of this condition cannot be met, the amounts committed for your reservation may be applied according to OPTION A.
We will assess the situation as the situation evolves. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by writing to us email@example.com or by phone at 1-888-435-5107.
