Due to the many government measures put in place, here is our cancellation policy due to COVID-19 in order to adjust to the obligations requested by the Government of Quebec.

Postponement of stay

If you wish to cancel your stay, we will offer to postpone the stay no later than 12 months following the initial scheduled reservation date and you can apply the amount paid in credit when renting the same chalet on the dates requested.

No postponement will be possible if the request is received 14 days before the start of the stay.

The dates of the stay will be released to allow a relocation to a group that meets the requirements of the Government. See note 1

Reimbursement of the stay

It will be possible to request a refund (except for service charges) only for the following reasons:

• if there is a ban on interregional travel (roadblock) or a rental ban.
• for serious medical reasons related to COVID-19 and validated by written proof from the medical authorities.

The following residences: ALE-621ATM-18, CHA-46, COE-9, MAR-45, BEA-42, SEC-254, OCE-22, MIR-1, MIR-2, MIR-3  only offer reimbursement for the 2 reasons mentioned above and postponement is not possible.

Note 2

The following residences: PAN-93APO-211, MAR-45, BEA-42, BAL-540, SIR-56 and AQU-56-A only offer reimbursement if there is a ban on interregional travel and no postponement is possible.
