  • Arrivals / departures

    • Arrival time is set at 5 o'clock at all our properties. Departure time may vary from one property to another; please consult your rental agreement for the details.
  • Reservation

    • 20%, 30% or 50% of the cost of the rental is required when booking (it depends on the properties).
    • 50%, 70% or 80% of the balance of the rental is payable thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay (it depends on the properties)
    • 100% of the cost, when the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay.

    Payment:

    • Depending on the properties, payments can be made by check, bank transfer, Interac transfer or credit card.
  • Cancellation

    Cancellation must be submitted in writing ahead of time to the owner and / or to the rental agency.

    • If the cancellation notice is received at least 31 days before the rental starting date, the down payment of 20%, 30% or 50% (it depends on the properties) won't be returned in lieu of damages. The postdated cheque for the balance of the stay and the security deposit (guarantee cheque) will be returned.
    • When the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the rental starting date, all sums received will be kept in lieu of damages except for the deposit guarantee cheque which will be returned.

    If firewood isn't provided for the fireplace at the property that you have rented, here are some places where you can get some.
