  • From Quebec City, follow directions for route 138 East and Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. 
  • After approx. 80 km, turn right for the village of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François (approx. 5 minutes past the summit entrance to Le Massif de Charlevoix). 
  • Mid-mountain, turn left on Chemin de la Martine.
  • Turn right on Chemin du Hameau.
  • Turn right on Chemin du Rigolet. This road becomes Chemin Vieille-Rivière.
  • Drive down towards the river to civic address number 45, Chemin Vieille-Rivière. on the left.

  • If you plan on arriving later than the time stipulated in the contract (2 hours+), please notify the homeowner.

RESERVATION POLICYClick Here

  • 20% of the rental costs is required upon reservation. The balance of payment is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
  • If a reservation is booked less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, full payment is required.
  • All payments are payable by cheque ONLY. If a rental is booked less than ten (10) days before the arrival date, the owner may require payment in cash only.

CANCELLATION POLICYClick Here

  • If a notice of cancellation is received at least thirty (30) days before the arrival date, the 20% retainer fee will be kept by the lessor in damages and interest. The post-dated cheques representing the balance owing on the rental and the security deposit (breakage & damages protection) will be returned to the client.
  • If a notice of cancellation is received less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, all monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interest, except the security deposit (breakage & damages protection) which will be returned to the client.
